The Best Tapa Ever



Our fellow HCC, Aimee Fuentes, makes the BEST Tapa. Tender, thinly-sliced slivers of delectable candied beef that are perfect at your next huge Sunday breakfast or any out of town trips.

Aimee's "Mom's Famous Tapa" is so named because it's made using her mom's famous recipe, and Aimee ensures that the quality of meat is always good -- "I really choose the meat that I get, it has to be a certain quality, or I wont use it. That's why sometimes, I don't have stock...when my supplier can't find for me exactly what I want." Now that should convince you to try at least a kilo of this stuff.

"Mom's Famous Tapa" is P650 for 1 kilo and P350 for half kilo.
